The Senior HVAC Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in commercial and residential settings. Key duties include diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment issues, performing routine and emergency maintenance, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely. The senior technician also mentors junior staff, provides technical guidance, and ensures compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience with a variety of HVAC systems, including both traditional and advanced technologies, is typically required.
Must have EPA license, Texas Refrigeration Technician license (TDLR), at least 5 years experience (N.A.T.E. certification is a plus).
