A Lead Retrofit Installer is responsible for overseeing the installation and upgrade of HVAC systems and related components in retrofit projects, primarily focusing on replacing or upgrading outdated systems in existing buildings. Key responsibilities include managing the installation process, ensuring proper system sizing and configuration, and ensuring the project meets quality and efficiency standards. The role involves working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timelines and budgets are met. The Lead Retrofit Installer also supervises and mentors installation teams, coordinates logistics, and ensures compliance with safety and building codes. Strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and leadership abilities are critical for this role.

Must have EPA license, Texas Refrigeration Technician license (TDLR), at least 5 years experience (N.A.T.E. certification is a plus).
